Adjusting the

expression pedal or

volume pedal

Adjusting the sensitivity

If the VC-12SV’s expression pedal or volume

pedal does not produce the maximum effect or

maximum volume when it is fully advanced, or

the minimum volume or minimum effect when

the pedal is fully returned, please perform the

following adjustment on the VC-12SV to make the

expression pedal or volume pedal operate cor-

rectly.

Note: When adjusting the sensitivity, you must use

your hand to operate the expression pedal or volume

pedal. You may be unable to make the adjustment

with sufficient accuracy if you use your foot.

Expression pedal

1. Power-off the connected device.

2. While holding down the VC-12SV’s foot

switch [3] and the CHANNEL - FX ON/OFF

switch, power-on the connected device.

The VC-12SV’s BANK display will indicate

for one second, and will then indicate .

3. Slowly return the VC-12SV’s expression

pedal toward yourself, and when it stops,

take your hand off the pedal.

4. Press the VC-12SV’s TAP switch.

The BANK the display will indicate

5. Slowly advance the VC-12SV’s expression

pedal, and when it stops, take your hand off

the pedal.

If you decide to cancel the adjustment, press

the VC-12SV’s RECALL switch.

6. Press the VC-12SV’s TAP switch.

The BANK display will indicate

for one

second, and will then return to normal opera-

tion.

If the sensitivity could not be adjusted success-

fully, the BANK display will continue indicat-

ing

and . If this occurs, repeat the

procedure from step 3.

Note: If you are unable to adjust the sensitivity

even after repeated attempts, it is possible that the

VC-12SV has malfunctioned. Please contact your

nearby VOX dealer.

Volume pedal

1. Power-off the connected device.

2. While holding down the VC-12SV’s foot

switch [3] and the TAP switch, power-on the

connected device.

The BANK display will indicate for one

second, and will then indicate

toward yourself, and when it stops, take your

hand off the volume pedal.

4. Press the VC-12SV’s TAP switch.

volume pedal.

If you decide to cancel the adjustment, press

the VC-12SV’s RECALL switch.
