6. Foot switches [1]–[4], LEDs
The function of these will depend on the mode
that’s selected on the VC-12SV or the settings
of the connected device.
In Channel Select mode, these switches select
channels (the LED of the selected channel will
light).
For details, refer to “Channel Select mode”
(p.7).
In Effect On/Off mode, these switches turn the
pedal effect, modulation effect, delay effect, or
reverb effect on/off individually. (The LED will
be lit for each effect that is on.)
You will also use these switches to select
programs of another bank.
For details, refer to “Effect On/Off mode”
(p.8).
If the connected device is in Manual mode,
these switches will turn the pedal effect,
modulation effect, delay effect, and reverb
effect on/off individually. (The LED will be lit
for each effect that is on.)
For details, refer to “About Manual mode”
(p.9).
7. CHANNEL - FX ON/OFF switch, LED
This switches between Channel Select mode
and Effect On/Off mode.
8. Expression pedal, pedal switch

on the effect that will be controlled, refer to the
owner’s manual of the connected device.
The pedal switch is an on/off switch for the
effect that is assigned by the connected device.
The LED located at the upper left of the pedal
will be lit if the effect can be controlled or if the
effect is on.

1. VOX BUS MAIN connector
Connect this to another device that has a VOX
BUS connector (or FOOT CONTROLLER
connector).
Power is supplied to the VC-12SV via this
connector.
Use this connector if you’re connecting the VC-
12SV to one device.
Note: You must use the included cable (10 Base-T
straight cable) to make connections. Using another
cable may damage the connected device.
2. VOX BUS SUB connector
If you’re controlling two identical devices,
connect this connector to the sub-device.
The VC-12SV can simultaneously control two
identical devices.
Note: Even if you operate the device that’s con-
nected to this connector, the operations will not be
transmitted to the VC-12SV.
