Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the VOX VC-12SV foot

controller. In order to take full advantage of your

new equipment, please read this manual carefully

and use the product correctly.

Main features

When the VC-12SV is connected to a device

equipped with a VOX BUS connector, you’ll be

able to perform the following types of operation.

The available operations will depend on the

connected device, so refer to the owner’s manual

of that device for details.

• Select programs

• Control volume or wah

• Control time or speed using tap tempo

• Control effect parameters

• Turn effects on/off

• Recall programs (recall the previously-selected

program)

• Use the tuning function

Connections

The VC-12SV can be connected to a device

equipped with a VOX BUS connector (or FOOT

CONTROLLER connector).

1. Power-off the device to which you’re connect-

ing the VC-12SV.

2. Connect the included cable to the VOX BUS

MAIN jack located on the VC-12SV’s rear

panel.

Power is supplied to the VC-12SV from this

connector.

Note: You must use only the included cable (10

Base-T straight cable). Using another cable may

damage the connected equipment.

Note: The included cable is a dedicated cable

intended only for connecting the VC-12SV to

another device. Do not use it for any other connec-

tion.

3. Connect the other end of the cable to the VOX

BUS connector (or FOOT CONTROLLER

connector) of your other device.
